Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej „Bolesław” Sp. z o.o. has made available a reporting platform for individuals who wish to report irregularities, violations of the law, or internal company regulations, either anonymously or openly. Whistleblowers are fully protected from retaliatory actions, in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act of June 14, 2024.

After creating the report, you will receive a 16-character access code to your report, which will allow you to check the progress of work on the report and further correspondence without having an account.

Check report
Enter the 16-digit access code you received after creating the request. If you do not remember the code, you must create a new ticket.
